Flute
All flutists should have:
*Silk swab for cleaning
*Cleaning rod
Instruments:
1. Yamaha YFL-281 (Silver-plated, open hole, in-line G, C foot)
2. Trevor James TJ FP 3BO (Silver-plated, open hole, in-line G, B foot)
Clarinet
All clarinetists should have:
*Vandoran 5RV-Lyre mouthpiece
*Bonadeinverted ligature
*plastic mouthpiece cap
*1 box of strength 2 ½ Vandoren clarinet reeds (blue box)
* Reed guard
*Silk swab to clean the instrument
*Mouthpiece patch (black, thick)
*Tube of cork grease
(someof above items may be included with your instrument)
Instruments:
1. Buffet E-11 (Wood body, Silver-plated keys)
2. Yamaha YCL-250 (Resin body, nickel-plated keys)
Saxophone
All saxophonists should have:
*A Vandoran Optimum AL3 mouthpiece (included with instrument)
*Bonade inverted ligature
*plastic mouthpiece cap
*1 box of strength 2 ½ Vandoren clarinet reeds (blue box)
* Reed guard
*Silk swab to clean the instrument
*Mouthpiece patch

-Yamaha SS-665 snare stand for pad
* A mallet instrument is recommended for the beginning of the second six weeks,
but not required at this time.
