Purpose
To bestow this coveted award to one REALTOR® who, through actions and dedication towards local, state and national associations best exemplifies a commitment to help better expand their knowledge for themselves and to others.
Criteria
Individuals who have been a member of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William in good standing for at least 5 years, with active participation in local, state and national associations throughout those years including award year. Eligibility and points in each category are not required; the award is judged on the overall points accumulated. Previous winners of theaward do not qualify for re-nomination.

- Achievements and Contributions to the REALTOR® Spirit. 20 points (REALTOR® Spirit is defined by VAR as spirit and faithfulness to principals of organized real estate, education and designations, laws and regulations of this Board and NAR Code of Ethics; efforts to encourage good real estate practice among other real estate brokers(REALTORS ®,) time spent with press and general public explaining the real estate profession.)
