The Department of Health and Ageing email and telephone contacts have been updated to the Department of Social Services address.

What’s new?

Service providers should submit all relevant financial and activity reports directlyto theirState and Territory Network.

Dedicated mailboxes and contact details have been created on specific Commonwealth HACC Service Providers activities to ensure a more rapid response to your queries.

Who do I contact?

The State and Territory Networks will be able to provide you advice and support regarding your funding and reporting requirements and in relation to questions about how to navigate and update your contact details on the Aged Care Portal.
