Our coaching will help you to fine tune your CV, improve your communication skills and ultimately be confident and convincing in that all important first interview. About Us
We are passionate about our business to support, coach and advise young people to be confident, assertive and stand out of the crowd
The experience we have gained during our careers enables us to help young people effectively. In many steps of our careers we have read CV’s, conducted interviews and employed people so we are not just trainers we know first-hand what employers are looking for.
But Is that enough?
We think not! Crucially important is to be able to communicate the knowledge effectively.
Imagine a golf swing, a dance or martial arts move or an act – a good trainer can tell you how it is done, a better trainer can train you effectively to understand the technique and an exceptional coach enables you to embed the skill so that the move comes naturally.

Coaching Methodology
The key to our concept is our coaching methodology. Our coaching is aimed to improve your personal skills with a particular purpose.
The purpose in our “READY FOR WORK” module e.g. is to enable you to be successful with your first job application and get the job you want.
This in itself is very important as it will have a long-term influence on your career. The better your starting point, getting a job you want, enjoy and be motivated in excelling in, the better this sets you up for success.
The key objective within our coaching is to improve your personal skills required to impress Employers, stand out from the crowd, and give them the confidence to trust you and your ability to be their best choice.
So in other words our aim is not just to teach you to put a good CV together – to do that you could read a book and get sample CV’s from the internet.
everyone has these tools and can use them to put a cv together.
We are also not just aiming to teach you how to interview well, again you can read books, use the internet or even invest in a lesson where interviewing techniques are taught.
We improve your personal skills required to be successful with your first (and following) job application, which means we put all the above and more into a PURPOSEFUL CONTEXT. At the end of our session you will have a great CV, you will be prepared for your first interview, but more importantly you will have improved your communication and presentation skills.
Even if you are successful in your first job application and don’t require to write a CV again or go to another interview these skills will reach further. They will help you to have a successful start in your first job and stand out compared to other new starters.
In helping you “SELLING” yourself we home in many skills required in almost every job role. By improving your confidence at the same time you will find it easier to impress without coming across arrogant. I would want to change wording but cant think…..

What is the secret:
The secret is to practise and coach the skills required with a specific purpose.
Like you would not expect to excel in your next golf game by having one lesson, or nailing your lines in the school play by reading the script a few times etc. we coach you and help you practise during the lessons. In addition, we provide you with the tools to effectively practise with a purpose.
COURSE - READY FOR WORK
This coaching course aims to prepare you for your job application and interview and get you to get the job by standing out compared to others.
Over 6 sessions we will coach you and you will purposefully practise what is required to succeed. You will get a better understanding of your strengths and how to express and communicate them. You will shape and optimise your CV and application letter.
You will end up with a powerful, representative and outstanding application letter, which you can tailor according to the jobs you apply for.
We will use science (psychometric) to discover your strengths and understand your weaknesses. Your potential employers will use that too. You will be prepared and can use what you learn to your advantage.
We will work together on your personal profile, optimise it and enable you to communicate the benefits you bring to your employer effectively. We will work with you to bring your social media profile in line.
