Abatement Requests: Commissioners denied the Jones abatement; we are awaiting the paperwork..

The Goodspeed abatement hearing is scheduled for October 26th at 1pm.

Aleada Pinkham house : 4 bids received, to be open, reviewed and awarded.

Town vs DEP: tabled from last meeting. Any action needed ?

Town Wood Lot: on Mary’s list not completed yet ~ will be a while to get back to it.

Communications: Any action needed after discussion with Sagadahoc?.

Boston Cane: Mrs. Morgan: Mary to call her son Peter.

Tax bills~ Review of assessment report.

Personnel reviews for all Town employees need to be done. Listing of personnel for review.

Ltr from Bill VanTuinen requesting that the Town issue a memo to the Commissioners requesting Tax Appeal Rules, Procedures and Guidelines. Tabled from last meeting. Action needed?

Memorandum of Understanding for the School Building for Geoff’s final signature; Certificate of Appointment for Rick Cliffe as alternate to the Conservation Commission; Special Town Meeting Warrant, to be posted by Don Cowing on the 18th
