PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE

READING & LEEDS FESTIVALTALENT SURVEY 2018 – WIN VIP TICKET UPGRADES

This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Reading & Leeds Festival Talent Survey 2018– Win VIP Ticket Upgrades competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Festival Republic Limited, company number 2948536, whose registered office is 2nd Floor Regent Arcade House, 19-25 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7TS (“Our”, "Us" and "We").
  1. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at:
  1. The Prize Promotion will be run through plus the Festival newsletters.
  1. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:

a)resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;

b)able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;

c)at least 16 years old.

d)You must be in possession of a General Admission ticket before any of the 4 upgrades can come in to effect.

  1. To enter the Prize Promotioncomplete the 2018Reading & Leeds Festival Artist Survey.
  1. The Prize Promotion will commence on Tuesday 17 April 2018and end17:00 onThursday19 April 2018, with the possibility of extension.
  1. The Prize isVIP Ticket Upgrades for you and up to 3 guests attending either Reading Festival or Leeds Festival 2018 (the “Prize”).
  2. Thereis one[1] Prize available.
  1. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified on Monday27thApril 2018 by email and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within5 dayswe reserve the right to select a different Winner.
  1. For bothLeeds Festival and Reading Festival any Winner who is under the age of 16 (aged 15 or below) must be accompanied by a companion who is at least 18 (such Winner shall allocate the second ticket included in their Prize to such companion).
  1. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
  1. This Prize Promotion is a Prize Draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  1. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of thisPrize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of thisPrize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
