The triennial anniversary of the evaluation for the student listed aboveisapproaching.Baseduponareviewofyourchild’sprogressinhis/herclassroomandinputfromyourchild’s teacher(s), it has been determined that no additional data are needed to determine that yourchildcontinues to have an exceptionality and continues to need special education and relatedservices.
