Dear Mr Wells,

RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

I am writing with regard to the information you requested under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and received in this department on the 5th August 2011

Information Requested

Please provide a list of all council-owned property which have

Unions as tenants (including multi-tenanted properties) and

Provide the following information:

(a) the addresses of the buildings

(b) the names of the Unions

(c) the annual rent paid (if any, please note where no rent is

payable) by these organisations to the council

(d) the rateable value of the property

Unison have office space at 88 Lampton Road, Hounslow Middlesex TW3 4DN & De Brome, Boundaries Road, Feltham Middlesex

There's an estimated budget of £8511 in 2011/12for their occupation of 88 Lampton Rd. With regards to De Brome, I can only supply you with last years charge of £2050, as the building has been transferred to West Thames College, who I understand will be billing them direct. This will be payable by Unison to the Council.

Most of the information that is provided in response to Freedom of Information Act 2000 requests will be subject to copyright protection. In most cases the copyright will be owned by The London Borough of Hounslow. However, the copyright in other information may be owned by another person or organisation, as indicated in the information itself.

The rateable value for DeBrome Building is £16,750.00. 88 Lampton Road is recorded along with the Civic Centre building so I am only able to supply the rateable value for the whole campus which is £1,470,000
