Lead time analysis -(From receiving of lorry to material handover to user department), To be spent, consumption report, Inventory analysis, Supply mgt.system etc. with a view to apprise top management of the routine budget planning/ control activities & transmitting them to the top management for facilitating the decision making process like shut down plans, over hauling schedules etc.
– Implementation inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock keep tab on slow-moving items and achieve reduction in inventory management cost.
