OCTOBER / 2 Subcommittee meets 1-2:30 p.m. @ APTA Annual Meeting in New Orleans; finalize topics.
NOVEMBER / 1 APTA issues call for papers (Members have 4 wks to write abstracts.)
DECEMBER / 1 Abstracts due to APTA c/o
1 Subcommittee meeting Liaison Hotel, Washington, DC (10am-2pm)
9 Abstracts to members & staff for review
2012 / JANUARY / 6 Reviews of abstracts & speaker selections due to APTA
26 Members (in call for papers) notified whether they are
speaking or invited to only publish papers
(Members have10 wks to write technical papers, they are due April 6)
27 Registration forms posted www.apta.com & 1st mailing to members
FEBRUARY / 3 All preliminary program information to APTA –
speakers and moderators names/all contact info; session descriptions & titles, teaser lines
