Please fill out the information below and include the proper payment in an envelope marked PTA Spirit Wear. Return it to the office or your child’s APL teacher by September 22. All money must be received in the office on this day in order to be included in the fall sale. Please make out checks to ‘Moody PTA’. We cannot be responsible for cash that may get lost.
