Thank you for expressing interest in the Capital Harp Retreat. We are hard at work developing a productive and fun event for you, full of helpful hints, inspiring workshops, a faculty showcase concert, and meals by Blue Plater Catering. While there are still some details to be worked out before we send out registration forms, we are able to give you more informationabout the registration fees and lodgings at this time.

Full Retreat: $215
Single Day: $125
Half Day: $65
Full Retreat Companion: $60
Single Day Companion: $30
Half Day Companion: $15
50 minute private lessons available: $60
Concert: Free for full registrants, $10 for all others and general admission
After June 15: Add $25 to all registration fees
There are rooms being held for our event at the Bishop O'Connor Center. Reservations for the rooms will be done as part of the registration process for the retreat.
Booking Overnight Rooms
Full Roomshave recently been updated to include a full-sized bed, comfortable chair, nightstand, lamp, small desk, and private bath. Full rooms do not have telephones, televisions, or air conditioning. All rooms have privacy locks which lock from the inside, although individual keys are not issued.
Dorm roomsare especially suited to youth groups. These rooms include two twin beds, closet and private bath (bathrooms do not have doors). Group keys are issued to a group representative prior to the scheduled arrival of overnight guests. This representative should pick up keys and instructions from the front desk during normal business hours. Arrangements must be made for a group representative to greet the guests and show them to their rooms. Billing for overnight rooms is done through the hosting group. Invoices to individual guests cannot be issued.
Gold Coast Suiteshave recently been updated to two room suites which include a full-sized bed, comfortable chair, nightstand, lamp, small desk, and private bath. Suites are equipped with telephones, televisions, mini-refrigerator, air conditioning and many more amenities. All rooms have privacy locks and are individually keyed.
What to bring
Bed and bath linens are provided. Some guests might find the following helpful: fan, alarm clock, cell phone.

Rates include overnight stay, check–in after 3pm and check-out before 11am.
