Quartzsite, AZ – RVers all over the country and Canadian provinces are marking their calendars for the 2017 show schedule in Quartzsite, Arizona. This tiny desert hamlet bursts at the seams each Januarywhen tens of thousands of RVs converge on Quartzsite for the huge rock & mineral shows, swap meets and flea markets that take place there each winter.
One of the largest and most popularvenues is the Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show. Now in their 34th year, this huge event takes place inside, and around, “THE BIG TENT", located just 1/2 mile South of Interstate 10 on State Highway 95 (700 S. Central). This year the dates for the 34th Annual Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show are January 21st through the 29th and the hours are 9-5.

There is no charge for admission or parking at this spectacular event that is now billed as "The Largest Consumer Attended RV Show in the US". The attendance for the 2016 show was estimated at well over 100,000 with over 350exhibits inside, and around, their 70,000 square foot, and fully carpeted structure. The 9 day show included the "who's who" of the RV industry. Promoter KennyKing states, "If you're looking for anything related to RVs and travel, you'll find it at our RV show in Quartzsite!" There will be hundreds of new and used RV's on display in 2017 and over a dozen service bays will be offering immediate installation, repairs & service on many of the items that will be exhibited during the show.

In 2016 there were numeroustourism related exhibits from the USA, Canada, Mexico and Europe as well as representatives from dozens of the nation’s finest RV resorts and campgrounds. There were many"workamper" recruiters from the National Parks andprivate campgrounds in attendance. They includedseveral national parks including Yellowstone. Show promoterKing went on, "The number anddiversity of exhibits that you'll find at the Quartzsite RV Show will not be found at any other show of this type in the United States.”

With the much improved economy, lower fuel prices, exhibitor signups are up significantly for 2017 with exhibit space selling briskly. This usually indicates that there will be a big spike in consumer attendance.
