QUALITY – ENVIRONMENT – OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
POLICY
The managementof GRUP ENERGOINSTAL S.A. grants a special attention to the implementation of its own policy related to quality – environment – occupational health and safety and provides for a long term rhythmical and continuously increasing running of its activities of design, development, execution, services and maintenance of plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning power and natural gas installation systems for civil and industrial engineering, processes which are developed at the company headquarters of Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dezmirului no.8 and on project sites.
In accordance with its general policy and development strategy, the management of Grup Energoinstal S.A., aims to meet the following strategic objectives:
-Satisfaction of the client’s requirements, acting in the sense of satisfying the clients’ exigencies related to the products and services they require or that are offered to them, observing the supply agreements (delivery/achievement terms) warranting the agreed quality and the negotiated price
-Continuity among the first similar companies of the area by offering technical solutions and provision of services assuring an effective competitiveness towards the competition
-Processes optimization by their keeping under control and their continuous improvement
-Increase of the clients portfolio and build consumers’ loyalty
-Minimize the impact on the environment by the rational use of natural resources, secondary resources, raw materials and materials, the use of environment friendly equipment, supply of repair and maintenance services which are adequate to the preservation of the established parameters concerning noxious substances and the avoidance of pollution
-Control and administration improvement of waste generated by our activities and observance of the limits imposed for pollutants
-Environment and accidental pollution risks control, respectively of our own risks related to occupational health and safety
-Personnel continuous training and motivation so that the personnel may become aware and actively participate in the achievement of the quality – environment – occupational health and safety management program and in the application of the established measures
-Outsourced suppliers and contractors involvement in the observance of the Quality – environment – occupational health and safety Policy so that they may know and observe our requirements related to the manner of keeping under control environment aspectswhich aresignificantfor the company location and at the project sites and the occupational risks
The management commits to:
-Accomplish the actions which are necessary to satisfy the clients’ requirements and the continuous improvement of the quality – environment – occupational health and safety management system
-To comply with the legal and regulated requirements in force, applicable and to which the organization subscribes
-Protect the environment and prevent pollution
-Continuously improve the management system with a view to the increase of the environment and occupational health and safety related performance.
