6. Other resources / -Active in the fabrication and marketing of agricultural. implements like threshers and tillers. This stable business area has helped Jover to maintain its interest in windpump manufacture even if it is not sustainable at this time
7. After-sales service / - Able to respond to repair and maintenance requirements of clients / - Due to very few units sold, the cost of repair and maintenance has drained its profit
- Customers call for maintenance service even for very minor problems. This could be an indication that there is no sufficient technology transfer provided by Jover to its clients. / -Prepare an operating and maintenance brochure for users that will serve as easy reference for minor system problems

3. People and skills / Engineer Belonio conducts conducts contract reviews by himself. Belonio establishes the design of the wind pump system and documents it. He also documents the changes and improvements made in his design. Engineer Belonio continually trains himself in designing wind pump systems. He attends training seminars and reads updates on the design of wind pumps.
4. Facilities
5. Systems, policies and procedures / Every component of the design of the system is to be continually improved. Engineer Belonio has been improving his designs based on past project’s experiences. He communicates these modifications to the fabricator by issuing modified engineering drawings that reflect the changes. He notes the possible causes of design failures and finds ways in correcting the critical components of his designs. If a problem occurred like lack of water pumped in a project, there is nothing that can be done for the installed system. He then uses the failure of the project as reference for upcoming projects and the design must be redesigned. However, the company has not yet experienced deficiencies in their designs. The basic preventive measure used by the company is to design with high factor of safety. Engineer Belonio keeps his records by project. He keeps a single file for the design of his wind pumps. He updates it every time he has a project. He also reflects the improvements done in the wind pump system.
6. Other resources
7. After-sales service / Engineer Belonio is the one responsible for the internal quality audit. The usual subject of audit is the performance of his designs in the actual site.
