III.  The action steps have been explained in a concise manner, and the reason/philosophy or methodology as to why the client took this course of action is also explained, so the reader can see the candidate’s rational thought process in solving the problem.
IV.  The result of the actions is stated in a positive manner, and succinctly promotes all the benefits that were generated from the client taking the course of action he/she choose to.
6.  / Conclusion – summarizes that the client has a diverse scope of experience in the nominated KSC and is confident to transfer these skills and competencies into the working environment of the organisation that is advertising the position.
Email Communication attaching Resume and Cover Letter / Insert ü

3.  / Professional Tone - The writing style is positive and has a friendly upbeat temp. In instances where the client has not filled in the questionnaire well, an assertive tone has been used to advise the client that the resume has been written based on the responses provided. The email must never abbreviated words or use lower case to start a sentence, and no spelling or grammatical errors.
