Monitoring by IT support / RAU guidelines stipulate that all lecture notes are uploaded to VLE 48 hours prior to delivery so progress with this by PL/UL will be monitored
Staff development in June 2013 – staff can now embed short video clips into pages on topics (e.g. using Excel, finding webpages) and in altering page layout for better page accessibility
4 / Responsibility for evaluating information from the awarding bodies to inform planning and enhancement at a higher education-wide level / College to produce an annual report on HE at KMC. This is will evaluate all of the HE provision at KMC. An Action Plan for Higher Education based on actions from awarding body action planning requirements will follow on from this / Dec 2013

5 / Develop a systematic approach to analyse the impact of teaching and learning, scholarly activity and staff development
  • Review of observation profile, good practice & actions
  • Reflective commentary from teaching staff on impact of scholarly activity
  • Reflective evaluation of CPD events attended by staff
/ Will form part of remit of enhancement policy (action 2) and evaluation of awarding body information at a HE-wide level (action 4).
