1.LOCATION INFORMATION

Location information is not an obligatory document in the procedure of issuing building permits. A person requesting location information may neither be the owner of the plot, that is, the plot for which the request is submitted, nor shall have any contract with the owner regarding use, ownership or any other right on the plot.

Location information is a document of informative character that interested parties may obtain in order to have access to the data on the possibilities and limitations of construction on the cadastre plot or more cadastre plots.

Information about location is issued by the authority responsible for issuing location conditions within eight days from the date of the submission of request, together with a fee of actual costs for issuing such information.

2.LOCATION CONDITIONS

Location conditions are a public document that contains all the information about the possibilities and limitations of building on land plot which meets the conditions for building plot and contains all the conditions for the preparation of technical documents.

The deadline for issuing location conditions is 5 (five) working days from the date of obtaining all the necessary conditions and other data from the holder of public authority.

Validity period:Location conditions are valid 12 months from the date of issuing, and if a building permit or a decision on the approval of executing works is issued within 12 months, based on the location conditions, then they are valid until their expiry.

Note:Location conditions can be issued to any interested natural or legal entity that made the request, submitted the required documents and paid the required taxes and fees. The entity should neither be the owner of the plot or plots for which the request is made, nor should it have any kind of agreement with the plot owner related to the use, ownership or any other right to the plot.

If the study of the assessment of impact on the environment is required, it must be made in accordance with the regulations governing this area and contain a statement by a legal entity or an entrepreneur (registered in the appropriate register for projecting, engineering and carrying out studies and analyses) on anticipated measures with the aim of preventing, reducing or eliminating potential significant adverse effect on the environment.
