One having the appearance of a man
Heard a mans voice between the banks
Gabriel told to give the explanation

Vision is for the time of the end
Fell into a deep sleep

Ram:

Observations / Interpretation
Ram standing on the bank of the canal
Had 2 horns
Both high horns
But one higher than the other
The higher one came up last 3
Ram charged west, north & south
No beast could stand before him
No one could be rescued from his power
He did as he pleased became great / Kings of Media and Persia v20
West-Macedonia
North – past Caspian sea
South - Egypt

Goat:

Observations / Interpretation
Male goat came from the west
Across the face of the whole earth
Didn’t touch the ground
Goat had a conspicuous horn between his eyes
He came to the ram with the two horns
Ran at him in his powerful wrath
Came near the ram
Was enraged against him
Struck the ram and broke his two horns
Ram had no power to stand
Ram was cast down
Trampled
No one could rescue the ram
Goat became exceedingly great
But his horn was broken when he was strong
And there came up 4 horns
Towards the 4 winds of heaven / King of Greece v21
Great horn is the first king v22
Four kingdoms shall arise from his nation
Not with the power of the first
Alex conquered in 3 years all Persia
Died at 33 of fever and alcoholic
Four horns:
Cassander – Macedonia/Greece (West)

Little Horn:

Observations / Interpretation
One yielded a little horn
Which grew exceedingly great toward the south, east, and towards the glorious land
Grew great
Even to the host of heaven
Some of the hosts and stars it threw down to the ground and trampled on them
It became great
As great as the Prince of host
Regular burnt offering was taken away from him
Place of his sanctuary was overthrown
Host will be given over to it
Together with the regular burnt offering because of transgression / When transgressors have reached their limit
A king of bold face, one who understands riddles shall arise
Power shall be great but not by his own power
Destroys the might men and people who are the saints
Shall make deceit prosper
Become great in his own mind
Rise up against the Prince of princes
Shall be broken but not by human hands
