Subject line: Your phone is killing your home life. And it’s getting worse

Remember the good old days when you went home at 5pm and didn’t have to do any work until the following morning? When if you wanted to speak to someone you had to pick up an old fashioned phone plugged in at the wall?

If you’re finding IT is taking over your life, be kind to yourself. Take a walk barefoot in the park, get some exercise, spend quality time with the people you love. Wow, this all sounds a little bit on the hippy side for a bunch of IT guys doesn’t it?
