  • In case of shipwrecksduring travel or Installationvender will responsible , vendor/supplier/contractor and loss will be bear by vendor/supplier/contractor
  • All taxes will be admissible as per laws
  • The delays of services may cause in deduction of payment, as per agreement
  • Contractor will be liable to consider and accept any changes based on observations of organization.
