Conditions of Sale: The Buyer assumes all responsibility for obtaining any state title or otherwise registering and insuring this vehicle for use in any state or other jurisdiction. This vehicle is sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, and “IN PLACE”, without recourse. The Buyer acknowledges that this vehicle purchased was examined and inspected prior to purchase or that the Buyer has waived their opportunity to inspect the vehicle, that there has been no covenant of warranty, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise with regard to liability, merchantability, or operational condition of any article purchased.

Per U.S. Government requirements, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following: (a) Per U.S. Government End Use Certificate (EUC) requirements, this truck and trailer can not be sold to anyoneoutside of the United States, (b) Proof of US Citizenship and US residency is required by anyone who may want to purchase this truck, (c) This truck and trailer cannot be Exported out of the United States, (d) Buyer must provide documentation to prove US Citizenship, US residence, and agreement to not export this truck and trailer from the United States, (e) only the US Government can approve waivers to the above, and (f) buyers or sellers will report suspicious activity to law enforcement.

Safety devices: Articles purchased may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms or operation safety devices. The Seller makes no warranties or representations as to the vehicle or of title. The Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Seller harmless for buyer’s failure to comply with the provisions of this agreement.

The purchase price for this vehicle is $X,000.00 (XXXXXX Thousand dollars). I, ______, am owner of said vehicle, and warranty that there are NO Security Interests or Liens on said vehicle. I transfer all rights in said vehicle to ______(full name), the person whose signature also appears below.
