Macmillan Cancer Support: On Friday 27 September there will be a bake sale in the hall at both interval and lunchtime to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Please come along and we look forward to seeing you there. (S6 Fundraising Committee)

Mangahigh: Computer room G47 will be available, from 1.00 -1.30pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes this week and next Monday lunchtime. Computers will be allocated on a first come first served basis. You might be the person that wins the medal to take Elgin Academy back to Number 1! (FMcFall)

Girls’ Touch Rugby Tournament: On Tuesday 1 October please come along to Morriston Playing Fields from 3:45 to 5:15pm to join in a fun training session and play some games of touch rugby with other girls from Elgin Academy and Elgin High School. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never played rugby before; there’s a position to suit everyone, it’s loads of fun and it keeps you fit. Get changed in the PE changing rooms and make your way down to Morriston. Please remember to take water and suitable clothing and footwear. If you have any questions see Mrs Macrae in Guidance. S3/S4 - How Good a Judge Are You? A new book group will launch today (Wednesday) after school in the library. We will be reading and judging books for The Scottish Book Award 2013, which this year has three fantastic titles on the shortlist. Senior Students Interested in a Career in Civil Engineering: The public are being given the chance to view Moray’s biggest-ever civil engineering project as part of a national initiative to give people a close-up look at some of the country’s major construction sites.
