The San Diego, California, SNDGCA0291T 4ESS tandem serving LATA 732 has been scheduled for decommissioning by October 31, 2014. All carriers, (Independent LECs, Wireless Service Providers, CLECs, Interexchange Carriers and IP-enabled Voice Information Service (IP-VIS) providers) that have trunking to this tandem will be affected by this change. All carriers need to move their traffic to the San Diego, California, SNDGCA0290T Genband CS2000 switch between January 2014 and September 2014.

Description of Reasonably Foreseeable Impact of the Planned Changes: /
The SNDGCA0290T access tandem was placed in-services in 1984 and was upgraded to a Genband CS2000 tandem in 2007 and is now the replacement tandem for SNDGCA0291T. Most carriers already have trunking to SNDGCA0290T which serves primarily metro San Diego and the Imperial Valley. Cutovers will be coordinated via Accessible Letters, Cutover Project Manager and AT&T Account Teams.
