1.PUBLIC INPUT FORMAT FOR ADDING GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE WARS:

There is no charge for this service other than postage if you mail your submission.

In an email or letter submit the information that you would like to be added on 8.5”x11” paper, and have it camera ready or in a scanned format.

2. PUBLIC INPUT FORMAT FOR ADDITIONS, DELETIONS & CHANGES OF THE VETERAN’S NAME & WAR SERVED IN:

There is no charge for this service other than postage if you mail your submission.

In an email or letter give the following information and the source or sources that indicates:

  • The veterans full name,
  • That the veteran served during wartime and which the war the veteran served in.
  • That the veteran’s hometown was in Iosco County Michigan during this service.

Submit by:

3. PUBLIC INPUT FORMAT FOR TEXTUAL & PHOTOGRAPHIC ITEMS:

The suggested donation will be used only in support of this website.

Textual & Photographic Input: This must be submitted on an 8.5”x11” page format, with a ½ inch margin top bottom and sides. Either black & white or color is accepted. Typewritten preferred but neat and clear handwriting is accepted. The following format must be used for all items that are submitted. There are two ways this information can be submitted:

  • Hard Copy: This must be properly formated and camera ready, and it will be scanned by the web-master. Do not fold the material and mail to the Webmaster Allen Sherman, 7715 Rainstone Lane, BremertonWA98311. Be sure to include a donation of $15.00 for the first item (page), and $10.00 for each other item (page) with the same request.
  • Scanned Copy: Can be attached to an Email to Allen Sherman Webmaster at <>. Concurrently mail your donations to Allen Sherman, 7715 Rainstone Lane, BremertonWA98311.

Place the following information at the top of all pages submitted:

1- Veteran’s surname, given & middle names, nickname (If any), and War.

2- Complete source and date of the information being submitted.

3- Page ___ of ___ Pages (Use only if more than 1 page is needed for a longer item).

4- Submitter’s name, mailing address, phone, E-Mail and your relationship to the veteran:

Note: If for your privacy issues you do not want any part of item 4 to be shown on the Internet, leave it all off the submission and submit it separately and it will only be kept in our private files, and not on the Internet. If you do leave it off add the words Submitter wants to remain anonymous.

Place all other textual and photographic information on the remaining lower area of the page.
