PLAN COMMISSION AGENDA

Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statues 19.84 the Plan Commission of the Town of West Point will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 5,2012 at 7:30 p.m.,at theWest PointTown Hall, N2114 Rausch Road, Lodi, Wisconsin, to consider the agenda set forth below.

Members of the Town of West Point Board may attend the Town of West Point Plan Commission meeting at the above time and place. Members attending this meeting are gathering information regarding the following agenda. No votes or other actions will be taken by the Town Board at this meeting.

  5. Citizen Input on non-agenda topics. The Plan Commission welcomes citizen input on any agenda or non-agenda topic, but will not discuss or take action on any topic that is not on the agenda. The Plan Commission reserves the right to limit the duration of citizen statements and will not engage in debate with a citizen presenter.

Lot 2, CSM 755-3-230. The Variance request is to Columbia County Zoning Ordinance Section 16-1-19 (a)(1) Highway Setback Lines

  2. Variance Application request for Gary Manke – Tax Parcel #675 at N2367 Pleasant View Park Circle, Lodi, WI. 53555. The property is located in Section 11, Town 10N, Range 7E Lot 25. The Variance request is to Section 16-5-40 of the Columbia County Shoreland Wetland Protection Ordinance.
  1. Variance Application request for Curtis Jones (Jerry Jacobson) – Tax Parcel #32 – Tax Parcel #32, N2251 State Highway 188, Lodi, WI. 53555. The property is located in Section 11 – Town 10N – Range 7E, Lot 1 CSM 438669 (868). The Variance request is to Section 16-1-19 (1)b of Columbia County Highway Setback Ordinance.
  2. Columbia County New Floodplain zoning code Title 16 Chapter 400
  3. Columbia County Ordinance 130-12 which repeals the current County Zoning Code, Title 16 Chapter 1 and adopts a comprehensive revision, Title 16 Chapter 100.
