Providing Access toward Hope and Healing (PATHH)
Leadership Education Community
Welcome to the PATHH Leadership Education Community!
We are very excited about this opportunity to participate in a community of learning and growth for leaders in child trauma treatment in the city of Chicago. Over the next 18 months, we will gather monthly and learn from one another as well as experts in various fields including organizational development, finance, vicarious trauma, and quality improvement.
We are very pleased to announce that we have engaged the services of Stephanie Shi, from Strategic Talent Solutions, to facilitate our meetings. Stephanie has a background in leadership and strategic consulting and has 17 years of experience advising senior executives internationally. Stephanie also has a Ph. D. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. We are very excited to have her and are confident that her skill at facilitation as well as her expertise in organizational development will help to make participation in this community a rich learning experience.
We plan to hold the kick off meeting for the community sometime during the end of January/beginning of February, depending upon the availability of community members. The kick off meeting will be 2.5 hours long, slightly longer than the typical monthly meetings, which, we believe will be 1.5 hours long, but this may change based upon the needs and wants of participants. We will use the kick of meeting to begin to build relationships, to determine the goals for the community, and to initiate planning for the rest of the community meetings. So, it is vital that all primary participants be in attendance for this initial meeting.
In addition, to help us begin to plan, we are asking that you complete a short poll regarding potential education community topics. Please complete the poll and return to Jan Waters at .

Over the next 18 months, the PATHH Leadership Education Community will meet to share information and learn from one another as well as experts in the field regarding three broad themes: Financial stability and sustainability, continuous quality improvement, and trauma informed environments. Each of these themes can be further broken down into a variety of specific topics. We would like your help to narrow the field and pick the particular topics that would be most relevant to your needs. Under each of the categories below, please check the topics that you would like to cover during the learning community. Also, please indicate if there are topic areas in which you believe your agency has expertise and may be able to serve as a model.
