PPTL 08-01(01/15/08) SOP 6.1 Intake and Acceptance Criteria (General Adult Services). Revisions pertain to accepting a referral on an adult that has physical or mental health issues, has not been abused, but that wishes to receive services through DCBS.
PPTL 08-02(02/01/08) SOP1.4.18 Utilization Review Consults (new policy). Policy developed to clarify procedures for the Utilization Review process. A new form was developed as well, DPP-20 Utilization Review Consult Form.

PPTL 08-05(04/07/08)SOP 7E.3.4 Ongoing Contact With The Child. The term “monthly” was redefined so that contact is now required at least once during the calendar month instead of once every thirty (30) calendar days.
