It will help us to make sure that everything is in order with the deeds of the house you are buying and that we know about your situation if you will answer the following questions (it will also help you to be aware of the possible pitfalls which await the unwary!) – If in doubt about the property ask the sellers.

Buildings Insurance

If you do not intend to arrange your buildings insurance through your mortgage lender, you will need to make the arrangements with your chosen insurer before contracts are exchanged so that cover can be put on risk at that time. We will need full details of the cover you have arranged so that we can confirm the details to your mortgage lender.
