Dear Neighbors,

We are pleased to announce a new property management relationship between The Groves Homes Association and Property Management Solutions. Our HOA board began considering a change several months ago for several reasons:

·  We saw a need for a LOCAL management company for greater accessibility for our residents and hands-on management of our vendors.

·  We felt we could receive these services at an economical price, which has not seemed to be true in the past when we investigated the possibility of outside management. .

·  We recognized that at this point in our history, financial and difficult decisions should be made by professionals rather than friends and neighbors.

We found what we were seeking with Tony Barfield and Property Management Solutions. The Property Management Solutions team has impressed us with their attention to detail, high-level service, and professional representation of our community. They are problem-solvers. We will have fully transitioned our management as of July 1, 2016. The Board will serve in an advisory capacity from then on.

Even though this is a positive change, it will require a learning curve for both Tony and his team and our residents. We think you will find Tony and the staff of Property Management Solutions approachable and committed to serving your needs. Thank you in advance for your patience as we continue moving forward into this new season.

To The Groves Homes Association:

As of July 1, 2016, The Groves Homes Board of Directors has selected Property Management Solutions to assist in the management of The Groves Homes Community. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Company and thank you in advance for the pleasure of serving your management needs.

Effective July 1, 2016, please send your regime fees and/or any correspondence to the following address: The Groves Homes Association, P.O. Box 2014, Lexington, SC 29071. Please remember to make all payments by check or money order payable to The Groves Homes Association. Alternatively, you may drop your payments off at our office located at 201 West Main Street, Suite D Lexington, SC 29072 or make on-line payments through our website at www.pmsolutionssc.com. If you’re interested in paying on-line or are currently past due on your HOA regime fees, please contact our office so we may provide you an on-line account number and answer any questions you may have regarding on-line payments or your account.

During this transition we are asking each Homeowner to take the time to review the CCR’s, By-Laws, and The Rules and Regulations governing The Groves Homes Association to ensure each Owner is in compliance. This includes obtaining approval from the Architectural Review Committee prior to building any structure(s) on your lot or making any modifications to the exterior of your home. If your home is a rental, we ask that you ensure your tenants are aware of these documents and are also in compliance. If you need a copy of the CCR’s or By-Laws, you may download this information from our website at www.pmsolutionssc.com under The Groves Homes Association tab. If you wish to place a work order you may file this through the website also under the online work order tab.

Moving forward and especially over the next 45 days it is our goal to assist the Board with any current items or concerns that need addressing and we will work diligently to resolve them. If you currently have placed a work order for repairs, these issues will be evaluated and you will be notified once we have created a plan to resolve those issues that are outstanding.
