This questionnaire aims to provide a uniform tool for gathering information relevant for the decision-making processes that will lead to choosing the finalists for the second programme of the Kresge-Inyathelo Advancement Initiative in South Africa. It also offers participating institutions a means for evaluating their own ‘AS IS’ status to enable identification of ways to take the institution forward in building institutional Advancement infrastructure and capacity.
