Please read and follow the guidelines outlined here in order for attendance to the Prom.

  1. The buses will leave promptly at 6:30pm. Students must arrive and be checked in prior to departure time. In order for you to have enough time to check in, you should be at the designated area for check-in and loading by 6:00pm
  2. Once you are checked in you will board the bus. Students will not be allowed to loiter outside the buses.
  3. Every student upon check in will be stamped on the inner part of their arm around their wrist.
  4. Any date NOT a student of Lutcher High School MUST present a picture ID to board the bus. NO EXCEPTIONS
  5. You must ride the same bus home that your rode to the Prom. EVERY student will ride home on the buses. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  6. Backpacks or large purses will not be allowed on the buses. Girls, if needed, may carry a small clutch or purse onto the bus.
  7. Parents will not be allowed into the Prom venue due to the fact we are paying for everyone that enters.
  8. Anyone suspected of drug or alcohol use prior to boarding the buses will not be allowed to attend and their parents will be notified. If any student is caught with drugs or alcohol at the Prom facility they will be isolated (subject to legal action) and the proper authorities notified along with the students parents. Since this is a school function all rules and regulations will apply as if we were at school.
