4. After 8/12 - no athletes can participate without payment

5. Students with outstanding school fees also will not be able to participate after 8/12

IV. Uniforms

A. Provided by school

B. Undergarments

1. Shirts / Compression shorts must be black

2. Limited to 1 Logo - no logo is preferable

3. Uniforms are $50 to replace ($30 Tops / $20 Bottoms)

V. Health and Nutrition

A. Plenty of Water

B. Avoid a lot of fried foods and grease

C. Colorful plate of foods

D. Sleep -8 hours or more (your body needs the time to heal)

VI. RACE DAY

A. Students must ride the bus to and from meets

B. Students wanting to leave with parents are discouraged

C. If you are taking your child home - you will need to sign them out

1. We will not sign out until all races are complete, team has cooled down, and camp is packed up

D. Special Circumstances must be coordinated at least 3 days in advance

A. Weekday meet meals pick up / clean up

VIII. Volunteers - Pictures / Slideshow

A. We need parents to take pictures of our meets (Boys and Girls)

B. Also, we would like an end of the year slideshow to share

C. Also, funny picture faces of each athlete running for our end of the year banquet slideshow

IX. Volunteers - OPENING DAY INVITATIONAL

A. Sign Up Genius coming up

B. about 40 volunteers overall
