1.The government of Ukraine has received financing from the World Bank № 8475-UAtoward the cost of Serving People, Improving Health Project andintends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contractfor civil works including technological equipment installation in the city of Vinnytsia. Biddingwill be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the World Bank.

2.The Department of Capital Construction of Vinnytsia City Councilnow invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for works under the following contract to be financed from the loan: «Civil works including technological equipment installation».

3.Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, as published in January 2011 (revised in July 2014) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
