SENIOR DESIGNER/MANAGER | Stantec Architecture 2016 – 2017

Oversee and execute coordination of consultant drawings. Ensure conformance of project drawings with all regulatory guidelines and corporate standards.

•Directed coordination of structural, mechanical, plumbing systems with architectural design for the Abiomed, Phase 3 Expansion located in Danvers, MA. Coordinate with Design-Build Contractor and subs on exterior systems and enabling projects.

PROJECT ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER | Iron Horse Architects 2014 – 2016

Oversee and execute contracted work projects, coordinating field activities and organizational development of construction initiatives. Guide QA/QC meetings to ensure conformance with all regulatory guidelines and corporate standards.

•Assisted and provided administrative support to Denver International Airport Concourse C 5 Gate Expansion, an initiative valued in excess of $46M, completed on October 31, 2014.

•Tackled multiple filing components of MOD 4 East Parking Garage. Assumed full responsibility of maintaining status of the budget and reviewing architectural submittals.Opened on schedule in September 2016, and 1.6 million under budget.

•Executed all projects within stringent time frames and specified budgetary requirements.

Governed and directed full lifecycle of various construction and architectural projects ranging in scope and complexity. Conceptualized and designed project schematics and corresponding blueprints and documents.
