Responsibilities included: creative (and logistical) supervision, development and collaboration (with relevant departments) on all aspects of the show’s creative content (choreography, staging, script, music, costumes, props, lighting, technical elements, professional speciality performers etc). Preparation of Show Powerpoints. Liaison with executive production team. Planning and running of mass cast rehearsals.

Responsibilities included: creative supervision, development and collaboration (with relevant departments) on all aspects of show creative content: choreography, script, show-flow, rehearsal-scheduling, costumes, props, scenic and technical elements, projection, lighting, music etc. Liaison with executive production team, stage-management and show-calling. Supervising team of 5 international choreographers. Development of all show choreographic charts. Preparation of Show Powerpoints. Running of mass volunteer (1,500 cast) and professional performer rehearsals.

Responsibilities as part of the international consultancy team included participating in creative development of show content, generating timelines for music and script development, liaising with design and technical departments on all show related matters, advising on the setting up of organisational systems for mass cast rehearsals, producing choreographic charts for both ceremonies, overseeing choreographic development, supervising rehearsal processes both creatively and logistically. Preparation of Show Powerpoints.

The opening ceremony of the new Shakhtar football stadium in Donetsk, Ukraine.

Responsibilities included: development and supervision of audition process, assisting in the creative development of props, costumes, music (basic music editing), supervising a team of 4 international associate choreographers and 3 local assistant choreographers, choreographing 2 mass segments (total 1,000 cast), supervision of creative development for all other segments.
