Programme Manager: Measuring the Mountain
(4/5 days per week, flexible)

The Programme Manager will work with partner organisations throughout Wales to implement the Measuring the Mountain (Phase One) programme over the next 12 months.

‘Measuring the Mountain’ is a community-based initiative designed to harness the knowledge, expertise and collective wisdom of the citizens of Wales to evaluate the early impact of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014. The initiative has two main aspects:

•  a pan-Wales citizen-led research project which will look at ‘what matters’ to citizens in relation to social services and the National Outcomes;

•  to coordinate a Citizen Jury to capture deep insight and reflection through deliberative inquiry and discussion.

We are looking for someone who has commitment and drive; is able to
multi-task; has experience of managing complex partnership projects; is able to relate to people at all levels; and has an excellent understanding of coproduction and citizen-led approaches.

The location is flexible and will require travel throughout Wales

Bydd y Rheolwr Rhaglen yn gweithio gyda sefydliadau partner ledled Cymru i weithredu rhaglen Mesur y Mynydd (Cam Un) dros y 12 mis nesaf.

Mae ‘Mesur y Mynydd’ yn fenter wedi ei lleoli yn y gymuned a gynlluniwyd i gorlannu gwybodaeth, arbenigedd a doethineb cyfunol dinasyddion Cymru i werthuso effaith gynnar Deddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014. Mae dwy agwedd i’r fenter:

•  prosiect ymchwil ledled Cymru dan arweiniad dinasyddion a fydd yn edrych ar ‘beth sy’n cyfrif’ i ddinasyddion mewn perthynas â gwasanaethau cymdeithasol a’r Deilliannau Cenedlaethol;

•  sefydlu panel Llais Dinasyddion yn defnyddio methodoleg Rheithgor Dinasyddion i gipio mewnwelediad dwfn a myfyrdod drwy ymholiad a thrafodaeth fwriadol.
