Purpose
This mapping document explains how changes in Program Navigator lead to automatically updated information in College Search ( on the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) Web site.
This document is intended for persons interested in reviewing and maintaining accuracy of program information on the College Search web site.
Map
The following program attributes are maintained in Program Navigator. If the attribute is updated in Program Navigator, it will automatically be updated in MnSCU College Search within 24 hours.
The map provides labels as they appear in Program Navigator and in College Search program results.

Program Navigator
Access
You must have access to Program Navigator to make changes and/or review information. Program Navigator System URL:
To log-in, enter:
Username: StarID
Password: StarID password
Note:If you do not currently have access to Program Navigator or rights to make changes, you can (1) work with a current Program Navigator user or (2) contact your institution CAO and submit a user security form found on the academic programs website[2].
