Professional Service APP

Register:

  • User can register with valid E-mail address and Password
  • User can also need to provide their user name.

Login:

  • User login with either valid emailand password
  • User can re-set the password using registered mail-Idby clicking the “Forgot Password”.
  • New user can register by clicking “Sign Up”

Home:

  • In the home page, list of categories will be displayed with name and image.
  • By Clicking the category, user can see the list of professionals under that category.
  • In the home page there is an navigation menu which contains the follows:
  • Home
  • My Profile
  • My Reviews
  • My Bookings
  • My Requests
  • My Favorites
  • Logout
  • User can send request to all professionals based on category by clicking the button which is presented in the bottom right corner of the home page.

Professional List :

  • In this page, user can see the list of Professionals based on the category.
  • It will show the Professional's name, experience, overall ratings, image, etc.
  • By clicking “View Profile”, user can view full details of that person.

Details:

  • In this page, shows full details of the professional.
  • It contains Professional's name, image, service fees, experience, contact information, specializations, etc.
  • User can view the ratings and reviews about this by clicking the icon which is present in the top right corner of the page.
  • User can write a review and give ratings to the Professionals.
  • By clicking "Book Now", user need to answer some questions based on the category for sending booking request to the professional.(These questions are managed by admin)

My Reviews:

  • In this page, user can view the list reviews given by them.
  • They can view, edit and delete the review by clicking the respective icons.

My Bookings:

  • In this page, user can see the booking details with professional's name, booking date, category and status of the booking.
  • There is a "cancel" button to cancel the booking at any time.
  • There is a button "Mark as finished" which is need to click by user after the service finished.

My Requests:

  • In this page, user can see the request list sent by the user.
  • There is a "cancel" button to cancel the request at any time.
  • "View Response" button is for seeing the responses sent by the professionals.
  • User can be able to accept or reject the response of the professionals.

My Favorites:

  • In this page, user can view the list their favorite professionals which are added in by the user in details page.
  • They can remove their favorite professional by clicking the "cancel icon".

My profile:

  • User can view their profile by clicking “Profile” in navigation screen.
  • User can edit their profile by clicking “Edit icon” at the top right corner in action bar.
  • User can change their password by clicking the “settings icon” at the top right corner in action bar.
