Mapping the current-state processes ahead of implementing new technologies for significant and ground-breaking advances in mortgage operations document management. Processes include Custodial Audit, Collateral Exceptions, MERS Audit. Integration considerations include IBM iLog, Oracle, Paradatec. Motivated by government-imposed lending industry market dynamics such as OCC Consent Orders, Single Point Of Contact, MHA Modifications, etc... MetLife Home Loans (MLHL) was a dynamic and fast-growing top 11 lender. In 2011 MetLife announced its decision to exit the mortgage business.

  • Developed unique documentation standards for a “visual use case” approach: Diagrammed the processes in Visio. Cataloged the screens and fields used. Documented rules at field level.

Sr. ATGeCommerce Business Analyst and Requirements Manager at the Wal-Mart Home Office on the SamsClub.com ATG Portal eCommerce initiative. The complex program includes over 75 different integration points; a few of the well-known ones include Endeca, Scene 7, Web Collage, Silver Creek, Sterling/Yantra OMS, Kwikee, eBay/FairMarket, WebSphere, payment/gift cards, and many more. The Merchandising application is the single most-complicated project module. Business benefits include automating certain roles to streamline processes and bring new SKUs to market quicker. Sam’s Club, owned by Wal-Mart - the world’s largest retailer - is the second largest members-only wholesale club and growing.

  • Managed scope definition and requirements documentation for the mission-critical ATG Merchandising module, as well as for the SamsClub.com Auctions site (Auctions.Samsclub.com).
  • Worked closely between the business client and the technical architects to ensure clarity and conformance (leading the RGS & JAD workshop efforts).
  • Attained In-depth familiarity with the full Merchandising lifecycle (including ordering and warranty management), as well as with the marketing lifecycle including email campaigns.

Functionality of the ATG Portal includes Browse Catalog, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Fraud Validation, Order Processing, Manage Account. Handango.com, predecessor to the iTunes Store, integrates Endeca Search and ATG Merchandising Engine.

  • Defined and documented the project scope.
  • Worked closely with business stakeholders document their full life cycles for merchandising, marketing, and email campaigns.

Sr. Business Analyst Serving as the sole Process Improvement Analyst leading the analysis of EMC’s initiative to refine the Claims Processing Departments processes and procedures. Using an Agile approach.

  • Led the mapping of the incumbent manual processes and documenting them so that the Claims Filing Program (“CFP”) could be created.
