Shift Differentials:

Work Week: Sunday – Saturday

Minimum Qualifications of Professionals: (please list the page numbers in the customer Information section Para 10 above.

All personnel assigned to Client pursuant to this agreement shall, for all purposes under this Agreement, be considered employees of RN Travel Connection. RN Travel Connection shall assume sole and exclusive responsibility for payment of wages to RN Travel Connection personnel for services performed by them for Client. RN Travel Connection shall, with respect to said personnel, be responsible for withholding Federal and State income taxes, paying Federal Social Security taxes, unemployment insurance, and maintaining Workers Compensation coverage in an amount and under such terms as required by the state Labor Code. RN Travel Connection warrants that it is in compliance with all State and Federal laws applicable to the employment of the personnel who are assigned to client.

Clinical Personnel: Each RN Travel Connection professional that is referred to Client by RN Travel Connection shall be qualified for the position to which said RN Travel Connection personnel is referred. Each individual shall also possess the following: Updated application, updated skills assessment for each specialty they have worked, professional references from managers and supervisors, valid state nursing license, extensive nationwide criminal background (national, terrorists, FBI, social security verification etc.), GSA, OIG, recent 11-panel drug screening, negative PPD (annual two-step Mantoux), Hepatitis B Vaccine, positive titer or signed declination, Rubella positive titer, Mumps positive titer, Varicella positive titer, Rubeola positive titer, Fetal Monitoring Certificate (L&D only), current CPR, Current ACLS (ICU/CCU/ER), current PALS (PICU/ER), current NRP (L&D/FCC/PP), NALS (NICU) recent physician statement, HIPAA training, OSHA training, Medication test, Age Specific test, Specialty test, Transcultural Competency and Degree Verification. Employees must have at least one year recent experience in the specialty they are being considered for.
