Attained a progressive career with over 16 years experience in the field of QualityAssurance/Quality Control, Inspection Coordination, Welding Inspection, Non-destructive examination (NDE), Material Verifications andthird party representations in an Oil and Gas industries. This includes inspection on stationary equipments like pumps andstorage tanks, structuralsteel and other components related to Oil & Gas Project like FPSO conversion, jacket sub-structure, mud mats, insert piles, pile sleeves, jacket cans/cones and bulkhead/stiffeners assembly, braces, caissons and bridge structures/piping. Main duties includes ensuring a high degree of welding works in structures and piping being constructed according to industries best practices, specification, codes and standards. Provide technical guidance on contractor and sub-contractor execution team in all matters relating to welding. Close surveillance in welding activities of crude oil tank, cross tie brackets, transverse and longitudinal bulkheads stiffeners and inserts, frames, flare foundation, gantry foundation, under deck brackets and longitudinal stiffeners. Close monitoring of piping system being welded in materials like Super Duplex, Duplex, Austenitic Stainless steel, Low temperature CS pipes, CuNi, 1.25% Chromes pipes etc.. Fit-up and visual inspection of welds. Periodic inspection of welding consumables storage, records and calibration of ovens and its digital thermometer.

Verification in the accuracy of NDE per line class percentage, Review of welding summary sheet, conduct line checking and weld counting of lines and generate punch list records, Review of RT films and approval of RT, MT and PT reports, Monitoring of Orbital welding in Purified water lines and witness boroscope inspection, verification in calibration of Welding machines, Pressure gauges, pressure recorder, measuring tape and other measuring tools and equipment. Conduct Holiday detection test on underground piping, witness pressure testing like hydro test, pneumatic test and air leak test and reinstatement of lines per test package.
Responsible in monitoring daily plant operational status, preparation of monthly operational report, environmental hazard report and daily and monthly fuel and lube oil consumption. Attend shifting duty schedule, monitoring of engine while in operation by reading parameters and control panels metering gauge. Conduct preventive maintenance by schedule, switch gear interrogation to know which line is in trouble.

First project with EEI as a mechanical inspector in alignment of pump coupling and suction and discharge flange to flange alignment of more than hundred pumps. Also functioned as welding/piping inspector during construction of Power plant and it includes fit-up and welding visual inspection of primary, secondary and tertiary super heater tubes, cooling water tubes, economizer tubes, girdling tubes, roof tubes, blow down pipes and turbine pipes. Conduct line checking of pipes and ensure that all tubes are NDE cleared before requesting for hydro test. Experience as a structural inspector came from the fabrication of Power plant structures in Mahanagdong. It includes welding inspection, dimensional and final visual inspection before release.
