Attained a progressive career with over 16 years experience in the field of QualityAssurance/Quality Control, Inspection Coordination, Welding Inspection, Non-destructive examination (NDE), Material Verifications andthird party representations in an Oil and Gas industries. This includes inspection on stationary equipments like pumps andstorage tanks, structuralsteel and other components related to Oil & Gas Project like FPSO conversion, jacket sub-structure, mud mats, insert piles, pile sleeves, jacket cans/cones and bulkhead/stiffeners assembly, braces, caissons and bridge structures/piping. Close surveillance in welding activities of crude oil tank, cross tie brackets, transverse and longitudinal bulkheads stiffeners and inserts, frames, flare foundation, gantry foundation, under deck brackets and longitudinal stiffeners. First project with EEI as a mechanical inspector in alignment of pump coupling and suction and discharge flange to flange alignment of more than hundred pumps. Also functioned as welding/piping inspector during construction of Power plant and it includes fit-up and welding visual inspection of primary, secondary and tertiary super heater tubes, cooling water tubes, economizer tubes, girdling tubes, roof tubes, blow down pipes and turbine pipes. Conduct line checking of pipes and ensure that all tubes are NDE cleared before requesting for hydro test. Experience as a structural inspector came from the fabrication of Power plant structures in Mahanagdong. It includes welding inspection, dimensional and final visual inspection before release.
