MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: Anna called meeting to order at 12:07 p.m.
MINUTES: May minutes – approved
WELCOME:
- No visitors
TREASURER: Rusty –
- Everything accounted for as of 6/30
- Bank statement reconciled
- Current balance is $17,329.79
- $2,710.28 represents a lunch liability for Exec Board members
- Cash available on 6/30 was $14,747.76
- Conference $ down because of fewer vendors & attendees
- Sponsorship totaled $4,00.00

VICE-CHAIR: Jan –
- Nothing to report
USPS CO-CHAIR: Cathy –
- Thank Janine and Anna for putting conference together
- Need to think about how to boost attendance
- Effective 8/29 – custom forms will be phased out & new PS Form 2976-R will be used
o Must be filled out online
- 7/17/16 Natl ice cream day
o Soda fountain stamp will be unveiled @ Serendipity in Webster Groves
POSTALPRO: Peggy O -
- RIBBS being revamped & renamed ‘PostalPro’
- Everything will be streamlined
- Able to access all info regarding search
- Beta.PostalPro.usps.com to see testing site
- Postal Explorer format has changed
- Able to enter suggestions for new site on Beta site
- Will go live sometime this fall (Sept)
- Mobile app?
- Very user-friendly
- RIBBS will go down when PostalPro is launched
- Sign up on Natl database for notifications; also link on PCC website
- How do contract stations comply w/ new intl forms? Order plastic bags online
- Kim will check new power point presentation
- Presentation will be placed on PCC website
INDUSTRY CO-CHAIR: Anna -
- Thank everyone who came to conference
- Will schedule with committee chairs about next year
- Anna has attended PCC cafes
o Many PCCs partner together to have larger conferences
o Next one is 7/26 on policies
o Let Ann know if interested
- Natl PCC Day 9/30
o @ City Museum in Ballroom
o 9:00-3:00
o Can explore Museum
o Russo’s will cater
- Neopost has resigned their board position
Conference Committee: Jeromy –
- Survey responses – 17
o Mixed reviews (most well)
o Majority satisfied overall
- Cheryl Hudson’s breakout session well received
- 2 vendors asked for attendee list; will get clarification from HQ
- Attendance extremely low
o Look @ format
- Gabriel Group won Pony award & supported event w/ a lot of attendees
- Possibly hold 2 ½ day events @ 2 different times/year
o Possibly divide industries & cater to them
o Possible 1 day & divide industries between morning & afternoon
o Maybe look at joining w/ Central MO PCC
o Stay away from June?
o Check w/ Russo’s and see their other locations available
o Put section on website w/ Pony awards

- Membership is free
- Flyer will be at branches & BME
- Make suggestions if needed
- Take year off for future printings
- Will share electronically w/ BSN
- Put QC code on future printings
- If someone signs up online they receive email after registering
- Ask Mark to talk about analytics next month
- Send welcome packet?
