Part 1: Investigation/Development

Part 1 Step 1

A hypothesis is a statement made based on prior knowledge and experience that can be tested by further investigation. Come up with a hypothesis for the following question: What do you think tweens (8-12 year olds) like to do and buy?

Part 1 Step 2A –AT HOME

Document everything a tween does (it should be yourself) in one day from the time he/she gets up to the time he/she goes to sleep. You can choose whatever day you want. Be specific. Example: At 9 am on a Saturday I eat Greek yogurt with blueberries and chopped walnuts.
