These are the muscles that hold everything up inside and as we get older or have children, they start to get stretched out and weaken. This can lead to bladder control issues and less intense orgasms! Since these are the muscles that control the orgasm, if the muscles are weak, so is the orgasm! Likewise, strengthening these muscles can intensify your orgasm and allow you to give your partner a massage without using your hands!
"There are a few basic Kegel exercises. First you have to identify the right muscle group. These are the muscles you use when you stop the stream in the restroom.
