WHAT, WHERE and WHEN –

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) will be hosting a conference on Logistics Support of Operations by Industry, at the NSPA premises in Capellen, Luxembourg on Monday 02 and Tuesday 03 May 2016 Thursday 01 and Friday 02 December 2016. The Conference will start at 11:00 hrs on the first day and end at 13:00 hrs on the second.

AIM –

The aim of the conference is to improve knowledge of and exchange information on the mechanisms and frameworks used in NATO and Industry to support operations.

PROGRAM –

The 2016 conference will address topics such as NATO and the Readiness Action Plan, NSPA support to ongoing and future Operations including the NATO exercise Trident Juncture 2015, an update on NATO’s capability packages, and NSPA Procurement including Future Business Opportunities. Furthermore syndicate discussions will take place, touching upon specific topics, which have not yet been finally decided, but will be communicated with the calling notice. These syndicates will offer industry representatives to actively express views on commercial support to operations and NSPA.
The conference will also offer you the possibility - if you desire so - to consult the NSPA Source Identification Section.

If you wish to be invited to this conference, please click the button “Interested by RFP”, identify your company and point of contact in the email that automatically opens, and send the email, not later than Tuesday 15 March 2016 Friday 14 October 2016.

Please note that your company will only receive an invitation if you are registered with NSPA Source File and your company’s main office is located in a NATO country.

An official invitation with a registration form will then be sent not later than Wednesday 23 March 2016 Friday 21 October 2016. Registration for attending the conference shall only be done by submission of the registration form not later than Monday 18 April 2016 Wednesday 9 November, noon (12:00 hrs) Luxembourg time.

PLEASE NOTE FURTHER –

• A maximum of 2 participants per company can be accommodated.
• The official invitation will also contain the final Program for the conference.
• NSPA does not charge a conference fee.
• The overall security classification of the meeting is NATO UNCLASSIFIED.
• The conference will be conducted in the English language.
