PROBLEM or OPPORTUNITY CHALLENGE

The PROBLEM or OPPORTUNITY CHALLENGE is based on the recent news that Shopper’s Charge will be ending the NINETY DAYS SAME as CASH for NEW JEWELERS who purchase the President’s Package on Thursday, February 18. To beat this deadline, NEW JEWELER CONTRACTS MUST BE OVERNIGHTED so that they ARRIVE by NOON on THURSDAY. How we respond to this news determines whether it is a PROBLEM or an OPPORTUNITY, and Kathi and I view this as a HUGE OPPORTUNITY!

Rather than view this news as a ROAD BLOCK or DETOUR, we are going to TRAVEL DOWN the OPPORTUNITY PATH. HOW? First DIG OUT that list of WHO DO I KNOW THAT IS NOT MAKING ENDS MEET, LOOKING FOR A CHANGE, HATES HER JOB, WANTS TO STAY HOME with HER CHILDREN, LOVES JEWELERY and FASHION or WOUD BE GREAT at WHAT WE DO!

USING that as a STARTING POINT, CREATE a THREE COLUMN LIST of ALL of your HOT, WARM and COLD LEADS:

HOT LEADS . . . ladies who have said, “YES, I am interested!” or “Invite me to your next Shop-or-tunity!” but have NOT YET attended an O.P.

WARM LEADS . . . ladies who you believe would be great at Premier, have shown some interest in what you do but have NEVER been invited to an O.P.

COLD LEADS . . . hostesses, customers, family members, and friends with whom you have not shared the OPPORTUNITY or invited to an O.P.

REMEMBER a major PART of MARCH MADNESS is that each team member must SPONSOR TWO NEW JEWELERS . . . you MUST SHARE to accomplish this goal.

WHEN you have COMPLETED your LIST of HOT, WARM and COLD LEADS, CONTACT as many ladies as you can from your list and INVITE them to O.P.’S. You will receive 10 POINTS for EACH LADY who attends an O.P. before FEBRUARY 17th and 50 POINTS for each NEW JEWELER you sign BEFORE THAT DATE. Keep track of your

CALLS or CONTACTS, the NUMBER of LADIES WHO ATTEND O.P.’s and the NUMBER of NEW JEWELERS you sign and email the results to BARRY by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH! MAKE the CALLS . . . you CANNOT SCORE if you do NOT SHOOT!!
