Dear Yuriy Yurievich,

The JSC „Plaske” made itself familiar with the text of an announcement placed by the OSCP on its website inviting the concernedcompanies to participate in the project “Single Information Port Community”.

JSC “Plaske”, a transport and forwarding company which enters a group of “PLaske” companies in Europe, Canada and Russia, has successfully worked in Odessa region for 14 years. Nowadays JSC “Plaske” has a practical experience of work in pilot projects dealing with interaction between the Single Automated Information System (SAIS) of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the New Customs Transit System (NCTS) within the frame of the joint project of the State Customs Service f Ukraine with the support of the Customs Service of Lithuania and the ICITAP program of the US Ministry of Justice. JSC “Plaske” works proactively organizing workshops and conferences aimed at implementation of the “single window” concept in Ukraine (recommendations of the UN CEFACT Nos.33, 34, 35) as well as in organizing coordinated activity among the participants of the trade and the controlling bodies. These measures are implemented with the assistance and support of the UN ECE (workshops on simplification of trade procedures: “Local Single Window Concept” (information service system)”), Coordination Council on TransSiberian Transportation (on application of innovation technologies in international multimodal container transportation with the use of TSM – electronic data interchange – single information resource; - “electronic train” project; - ensuring security and determining risks in cargo transportation), Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (simplification of trading procedures); the measures related to transport and connected with customs control), etc. whereof the publications in business and industry mass media give evidence. Also, with the participation of the EU, JSC “Plaske” has initiated in Ukraine a pilot transportation of a container under the GPS seal, which identifies the carrier, monitoring of cargo movements, stops and stay in transit as well as analysis of the cargo movements.

We are always happy to participate in new innovative solutions and share our experience, invest and take part in the accomplishment of the project “Single Information Port Community”. In case you are interested in our proposal, we shall be thankful for your offer to meet and discuss the prospects of our cooperation.
