Principals of the Company

At the present time, five individuals are actively involved in the management of the Company and the company has Two (2) board of directors.

Adrian Haid, President & Founder:

Mr. Haid was born on May 28, 1950. He is business degree with minor in economics from the University of Minnesota (Mankato). Has gained considerable experience in Fitness Club operations and administration over the past 25 years, having held a variety of low and high visibility managerial roles at both small and large reputable facilities. Prior responsibilities have included: responsibility for daily operations, administering hospitality controls, membership sales and marketing, equipment purchase, floor design, over all design of a high end family wellness and fitness facility, equipment selection and purchasing, demographic analysis, site selections, overall sales and marketing strategy, attrition and retention philosophy. He has been responsible for multi-million dollar budgets andhas been integral in his facilities generating as much as $5.2 million in annual revenues. During his tenure as an executive level professional in the Health & Wellness industry, Mr. Haid has developed a passion for bringing “next-generation” family and fitness life style resort center options to the public, and has actively pursued this dream over the past decade.

Mr. Haid has put together several highly experienced, visionary, and energetic individuals who are presently involved in the fitness industry to join him in this new endeavor to develop and lunch this fabulously high end, completely family orientated wellness and fitness life style resort in up and coming and under served suburban areas of the Minnesota with great growth potential and ultimately other locations in other states through out the United states.

Kerry Givens, Consultant/COO:

Kerry Givens has over 25 years of Health Club experience, ranging from sales and marketing to General Manager of an 186,000 square foot single site club. During that time the fitness club generated upwards of $12 million in gross annual revenues, and Kerry helped to maintain a 30% net profit margin. In this role, he currently serves as the managing partner of all programs undertaken by the club, including departmental policies and procedures, as well as community outreach initiatives and industry trade organization involvement.

Throughout his career, Kerry Givens has garnered an impressive track record by efficiently managing capital and operating budgets, consistently improving profitmargins for club owners, and continually upholding the highest standards in customer satisfaction. Mr. Givens had held a variety of positions in the fitness club industry, including: General Manger of Flagship Athletic club in Eden Prairie, Minnesota from 1997-2005, General Manager “WMCA” from 2005 – present, Sales and Marketing Director of Flagship Fitness Athletic club in Eden Prairie, Minnesota from 1993-1998, Membership and Marketing Director at Aerobic and Sport Conditioning Center in Denver, CO from 1991-1993, and Membership

Sales Department Head at Aurora Athletic club in Aurora, CO from 1989-1990.

Mr. Givens will initially be a close consultant to Flagship Fitness and will join our team upon opening of the 2nd Flagship Fitness as a COO. He is presently involved with the operation of $6 million annual operation of a YMCA in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.

Michael Johnson - CFO

Mr. Johnson has over 40 years of business experiences of developing, managing and owning businesses nationally and internationally. He is currently the CFO of a public trading company being responsible for the financial reports, SEC filings, EDGAR filings and year end audits. Prior to this position he has business experiences included owning and operating a national franchise nutrition and fitness company in the health and wellness field.

In the business finance field, he has been the CFO for private and public companies including check cashing store operations grossing over $200 million per year, compliance services for money wire centers, forensic accountingservices, business tax preparations and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, headed up the Payroll Division of TLS, Cedar Rapids Iowa and was the CFO of a the first Two-D bar code publicly trading company in the United States.

He has a degree in Economics from Luther College, Decorah Iowa and a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Kendra Fawbush, Club General Manager:

As Flagship Fitness General Manager, Kendra Fawbush will bring a breadth of experience, vision, and energy in the health and fitness industry to the team. She has served as department head for various group fitness programs, fitness and aquatics instruction, as well as several leadership roles at facilities such as Lifetime Fitness (presently department head), the YMCA, and Lifestyles over the past 15 years.

Kendra has been Group Department Head and Personal Trainer Department Head at Life Time fitness in Bloomington, Minnesota from 2006-present. The AquaticDepartment Head, Group Fitness Coordinator, Hospitality Department Head, Sport Shop Supervisor for Northwest Athletic club, Minnesota. The Assistant Manager at Northwood, OH, and the Floor Assistant Manger and Athletic Department Head at Lifestyles for Ladies Only.

Paul Jilek, Marketing Department Head:

Paul has over a decade of marketing and interactive media experience, while working for Best Buy, Ad Agencies and a Financial Corporation, in his past. His illustrious client list includes: Coca Cola Coffee, Qwest, Children's Hospital Association (CHA), Edina Realty, Lifetime Fitness, Wooddale Tennis Center, USTA Northern, Honda, Dodge, Toyota, Gander Mountain, Ebert’s & Gerbert’s, 3M, DuPont, Seagate, Western Digital, Wells Fargo, General Mills, Honeywell, Hallmark, Wal-Mart, Marriott Hotel, Hampton Inn, Residence Inn, and Hyatt Place. With his strong background in marketing and promotional campaign development, he will serve as an invaluable member of the Flagship Fitness team.

Board of Directors

Steven Boynton, Legal Council:

Steve Boynton, born in 1959, was raised in Champlin, Minnesota where he still resides today with his wife and three children. He graduated from Anoka High School in 1978 and then attended Principia College in Elsah, Illinois where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. After college, Steve moved to Boston, Massachusetts where he worked as a Staff Writer and Advertising Sales Executive for New England Sports Magazine. He later became the New England Territory Manager for Chesley F. Carlson Co.

In 1988, Steve moved back to Champlin, Minnesota to attend law school. He received his J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1991. For the past 22 years he has assisted individuals and business entities in a variety of legal matters. Additionally, he has served as general counsel for several companies including Vertical Endeavors, Inc., Nicros, Inc. Summit AR, Home Bridge, LLC and Hamilton Taylor Homes, Inc.

Steve Boynton also served as the Mayor of Champlin, MN from 1993 to 2006. During his capacity as mayor he was instrumental in negotiating and developing the entire business community, including the negotiation and development of a major fitness facility with Life Time Fitness. His experience as a lawyer and Mayor make him uniquely qualified to handle the daily challenges posed by today’s business environment.

Patricia Henderson

It is extremely rare for an American Gymnast to be regarded so highly as to be elected to serve on the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Technical Committee, and Pat Wilson Henderson is one of those rare individuals.

Pat Henderson has represented the USA in approximately 30 countries as a coach, judge and teacher. She is a trampoline and tumbling coach extraordinaire, as well as a Brevet Judge. From 2001 to 2004 Henderson was a member of the FIG Trampoline Technical Committee and received the FIG Silver Recognition in 2005 for her dedication and service. She served as a trampoline and tumbling judge from 1971 through the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.

She is a three-time recipient of the Outstanding Coach of the Year award and Women in Sport award. Henderson opened her first gymnastics facility in 1976 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and opened Minnesota Twisters in 1984.

From 1974 to present, Pat Henderson has had a national qualifier every year, and many of her trampolinests were members of the national team and earned individual titles. Henderson has also produced international competitors – a world age-group medalist, world team members, one world team bronze medalist, two world team gold medalists, and the 2004 Olympic Team alternate. She has been a member of the USA coaching staff, as well as a U.S. World Championships team coach.

Henderson received her degree from Metropolitan State University in 1978. She is the mother of two and resides in Bloomington, Minnesota. Pat was named Master of Sport and in 2009 was inducted by USA Gymnastics into the Hall of Fame for Lifetime Achievement
