Before you place a deposit on a puppy from us we do require you to pleaseread this page, a electronic signaturecan be used. I will email over to you when you are ready to make your deposit, make surethatyou email back hen deposit is paid so thatway I have a signedSalesAgreement from you.
1. Please remember things do happen, sometimes the bitch may not take resulting in
no puppies. Which if you have deposit down on litter you must realize your deposit
will be moved to next available litter. Please keep in mind depending on breeding
price may be same or vary in price.
2. If at any point after you make a deposit on a litter you have decided you are unable
to get a puppy at that time, we will hold your deposit up to a year to apply towards
another litter. At the time you will then also be required to pay an additional $100
towards your balance in order to be put on the list.
3.We do require your puppy purchased to remain on Nuvet Vitamins for the first two
years of your puppies life for your Health Guarantee to stay in affect. You must
purchase them using my Breeder Code since this is the only way to track who
has purchased their vitamins. Also, if you agree to keep your pup on Nuvet's for
3 years we will extend your Health Guarantee for 36 months instead of 26 months.
Nuvet Vitamins MUST be purchased before we allow puppy to leave our facility.
We will verify this.
4.If at any point in the puppy's life you are unable to keep the puppy, puppy is to be
returned to Priderock Labradors. If we sell the puppy you will receive any monies
that we obtain minus, Vet Check, feed, and boarding till pup finds new home.
Travel to return the puppy is on buyers expense, if we decide to keep said puppy
and puppy is in good health we will refund up to half the cost of the puppy back to
you.
5. I will help you choose your puppy, but just because you had your deposit in first
does not mean you will get first pick on the litter. Order is as followed: Myself,
Breeding/Show Home, then pet home. (Only established Breeders/Show Homes will
be eligible for full registration) If you are not an Established Breeder I will offer a 2
year co-own on said puppy which I will hold the papers in my name then yours to
make sure all testing is completed and that puppy does hold atleast atitle of CGC.

6. Puppies are to be picked up at 8 weeks of age. If puppy is not scheduled to be
picked up you will be charged an additional $15 a day for feed, care, and holding.
7. We do not condone the mixed breeding of any of our puppies and it will not be
tolerated. That means to another breed or to a dilute Labrador Retriever.
